Gertrude C.Bulger;80;of 905 West Drive;Sheffield Lake;Ohio;formerly of the Belle Vernon area;died Wednesday;Dec.26;1990;at 1:15 p.m.;at the Kaiser-Permanente Hospital;Parma;Ohio. She was born in Roscoe on May 19;1911;a daughter of the late Harry and Sarah Wick Fechter. Mrs.Bulger was a member of the Marion Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents;she was preceded n death by her husband;Blandon Bert Bulger in 1969;and by several brothers and sisters. She is survived by two sons;Robert C.Bulger of Monongahela and Blandon Gene Bulger of Virginia Beach;Va.;a daughter;Mrs.Frank (Shirley) Rudik of Sheffield Lake;Ohio;with whom she made her home;two brothers;Frank Fechter of Willoughby;Ohio;and Blandon Fechter of Washington;Pa;;a sister;Mrs.Mildred Chalfant of Speers;13 grandchildren;22 great-grandchildren;and 1 great-great-grandchild. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.John C.Park;pastor of Marion Presbyterian Church;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.
