George Karp,68,of Fairhope died Tuesday, March 17,1959 at 1:15 p.m. in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. He was maintenance custodian for the Bellmarette Joint School district, a member of the Polish National Alliance Lodge of the U.S.A. of McKeesport,the Washington Twp.,Fire Dept.,and the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club. He is survived by three daughters,Mrs. Nellie Farquhar,Mrs. Rose Emerick and Ann Dregan,all of Fairhope, one son, William Dregan of Fairhope and ten grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Toner Funeral Home in Belle Vernon where visiting hours are from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held Friday, March 20 at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Charles Kowalkowski of the Polish National Church, McKeesport,officiating. Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
