George Wayne Greene,45,of 533 Main St.,Belle Vernon,died Saturday,Feb. 10,2001,in Mon Valley Hospital,Carroll Township. Born Nov. 22,1955,in North Charleroi,he was the son of Jean L. Greene of Belle Vernon. A member of Char-Belle Free Methodist Church of Belle Vernon,he was employed as a truck driver. In addition to his mother,survivors include a special friend, Christine Sabo of Charleroi;a son,Mathew Brian Greene of belle Vernon;two aunsts,Dorothy Liebl and Marjorie Pello; and two uncles,George Greene and Dalton Greene. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,a Golden Rule member firm,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Eugene Spear officiating. interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
