Mr.Campbell was born Nov.24;1935;in Mobile;Ala.;a son of the late George W.Campbell Sr.and Hattie Bettis Campbell;both late of Monessen. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Survivors include his widow;Ercell Carr Campbell;a daughter;Ursaline Leara Campbell;at home;five sons;George III;Keith G.;Andre D.;Darene Q.;and Monty D.;all of District Heights;Md.;a brother;Rayford Campbell;of District Heights;Md.;two sisters;Mrs.Virginia Lea of District Heights;Md.;and Mrs.Peggy Lttle of Mobile;Ala.;two uncles;Walter Bettis and Joseph Brown;both of Monessen;and four aunts;Mrs.Olivia Smith of Mobile;Ala.;Mrs.Minnie Spencer of Carroll Twp.;Mrs.Louise Wilson and Mrs.Frances Bettis;both of Monessen. Friends will be received in the Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home;608 Sixth St.;Monessen;from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Sunday;March 13;and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Monday;March 14. Services will be held in Union Baptist Church;Monessen;at 11 a.m.Tuesday;March 15;with Rev.Clarence L.McCraw giving the eulogy. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
