George Tueche of 111 Longfellow St.,Vandergrift,died Wednesday morning, Sept. 24,1980 in East Suburban Hospital,Monroeville. He was 86. Mr. Tueche was born April 16,1894,in McDonald,Pa.,a son of the late Jenny and Henry J. Tueche,Sr.,who had been residents of Belle Vernon. Mr. Tueche had lived in Monessen since childhood and worked there with his father and brother as a bricklayer for many years. He was a member of Bricklayers Union Local 20. Mr. Tueche taught for 12 years at the Connelly Trade School,Pittsburgh, Pa.,prior to his retirement. Survivors include his wife, Carol Fleming Tueche,at home;a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Kathy) Moore,of Vandergrift;two granddaughters,Donna Scot of Tucson, Ariz.,and Beth Ellen Kazee of Columbus, Ohio; two brothers, Eli Tueche Sr.of Warren,Ohio and Emil Tueche of Belle Vernon;a sister, Florence Stewart of Belle Vernon and two great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Dunmire and Kerr Funeral Home,Franklin Ave.,Vandergrift,Pa., Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m in the funeral home,with additional graveside services scheduled for 1 p.m. in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Dunmire and Kerr Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
