George Seman Jr.;59;of 315 Mikula Road;Arnold City;Belle Vernon;died Thursday;April 1;1976 at 12:01 a.m. in Cleveland Clinic;after a lengthy illness. He was born in Washington Twp.on Aug.26;1916;son of the late George and Anna Shandor Seman Sr. Mr.Seman had been a coal miner and belonged to Holy Spirit Catholic Church;Fayette City. He served with the U.S.Merchant Marines during World War II. Surviving are his widow;Frances Malinoski Seman;one son;Phillip;at home;three daughters;Mrs.Michael (Francine) Mendicino of Charleroi;Mary Beth and Anne Elaine;both at home;two brothers;Paul and Andrew Seman;both of Arnold City;four sisters;Mrs.Steve (Anne) Matway of Perryopolis;Mrs.Albert (Sue) Beeler Jr.and Mrs.James (Betty) Houseman;both of Fairhope;and Mrs.Charles (Helen) Biksey of Lynnwood;and two grandsons. Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;after 7 p.m. Friday. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Monday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Spirit Catholic Church;Fayette City;with the Rev.Thomas Rinn officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at the funeral home on Sunday at 8 p.m. Howard W.McCrory is funeral director in charge.
