George Sabolek;age 68 years;of Arnold City;died suddenly while visiting a neighbor on Friday;January 3;1947 at 2:10 p.m. He was born in Yugoslavia;May 7;1878. He is survived by four sons;Stephen;Nicholas and Thomas of Arnold City;and Joseph of Lynnwood and seven grandchildren. Friends will be received at the home of his son;Thomas Sabolek of Arnold City. Services will be held there Monday;January 6;1947;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.Valentine Sedlak. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. George M. McCrory and Son are the funeral directors.
