George Perri of 630 Braddock Ave.;Monessen;died Wednesday;Feb.15;1984;at 4:15 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital. He was 89. Born in Italy on Aug.15;1894;he was a son of the late Carmine and Carmella Stumpo Perri. Mr.Perri was a member of St.Cajetan Catholic Church of Monessen;the Monessen Sons of Italy and the Italian Society of Mutual Aid. He was a resident of Monessen since 1913. He retired from the construction department of the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel in 1970. In addition to his parents;Mr.Perri was preceded in death by two brothers;Santo Perri in 1983 and Joseph Perri in 1974. A sister;Rosaria Beningcasa also preceded him in death in 1980. Surviving are his wife;Frances Perri;three nephews and two nieces. Friends are being received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Raymond D.Dalonso Funeral Home;441 Reed Ave.;Monessen;where a prayer service will begin at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St.Cajetan Catholic Church of Monessen;with Rev.P.Lino Ramellini as celebrant.
