George Lawrence;63;of 2018 McGuffey Road;Youngstown;Ohio;died Tuesday;June 17;1975 at 10:45 p.m.in Mahoning Nursing Home in Youngstown. He was born in Fairhope on July 24;1912;son of the late Anthony and Pauline Stanko Lawrence;and had resided in Youngstown since 1932. He worked as an auto mechanic. Surviviing are one brother;Charles Lawrence of Youngstown;and two sisters;Julia L.Lawrence and Mrs. Evelyn Borrelli;both of Fairhope. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Thursday. Seervices will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m.with Dr.S.Arthur Talman;pastor of First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vrnon;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
