George Edward Hall;50;of 130 Jerusalem Ave.;Hempstead;Long Island;N.Y.;died suddenly Monday night;Sept.13;1971. He was born in Searights May 13;1921. He was a veteran of World War II and had lived in Long Island for the past 10 years. He was a former resident of Belle Vernon. When he died he was a manager of a gas service center on Long Island. Surviving are hiw widow;Dorothy Louise Bankerd Hall;his parents;Mr.and Mrs.John Hall of Allenport;three brothers;John and Clell of Wantaga;N.Y.and Howard of Tallmage;Ohio;three sisters;Mrs.Carol Lazar of Allenport;Mrs.Anna Kent of Stockdale and Mrs.Thelma Lazar of Charleroi. Friends are being received after 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Shelby Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon. Funeral home visiting hours are from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home Friday at 2 p.m. with the Rev.Charles Colas;pastor of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon;officiating.
