Genevieve Jennie Nipaver;82;of Belle Vernon;died Friday;Nov.24;2000;in Sphars Personal Care Home after a prolonged and courageous battle with cancer. She was born Aug.18;1918;in Arnold City;a daughter of the late Frank and Anna Wall Duda. She was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church;Fayette City. She was predeceased by her husband;Joseph F.Nipaver;on Oct.11;1994;and eight siblings of the Tomalski/Duda Family. Surviving are her children;Jerome Nipaver of Pittsburgh;Judy Williamson of Belle Vernon;and Doris Vacila of Connecticut. She is also survived by seven grandchildren;Sheri;Renee;Desiree;Danielle;Christine;Jennifer and Justin;and nine great-grandchildren;Robert;Misty;Deedra;Julia;Timothy Jr.;Brian;Billy;Raymond and Joey. Friends will be received at the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME;INC.;334 Main St.;Fayette City;on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.;Sunday;noon to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 pm. and Monday until 9:30 a.m. when a blessing service will take place. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in the Holy Spirit R.C.Churdh;Fayette City;with the Rev.Fr.Leonard McAlpin as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
