Genevieve C.Roberts;314 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;died Thursday at 5:30 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. She was 67. Mrs.Roberts was born in Pricedale on July 28;1915;a daughter of the late William and Anna Carroll Gowan. She had lived in Charleroi most of her life and was a member of St.Jerome’s Roman Catholic Church;Charleroi. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;James;and two sisters;Violet Pearce and Mary Agnes Krett. Survivors include a sister;Margaret (Peg) Campbell of New Jersey;four nephews and one niece. Friends will be received at the Leonard M.Pavlic Funeral Home;235 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m.Monday at St.Jerome’s Roman Catholic Church;Charleroi;with Msgr.William Maher officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard M.Pavlic Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
