Mrs.Geaner Dickey of 318 McKee Ave.;Monessen;died Friday;Oct.21;1977 at 7:46 p.m.in Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital following a short illness. She was 66. Mrs.Dickey was born Nov.27;1910 in Besserman;Ala.;and had lived in Monessen for four years. Survivors include her widower;Rev.Wallace J.Dickey;pastor of the Wayman A.M.E.Church;Monessen;a son; Willie C.Dickey of Scranton;Pa.;eight grandchildren;a brother;Jerry Jones of St.Clairsville;Ohio;and a sister;Clarabell Jones of Cleveland;Ohio. Friends will be received in the Wayman A.M.E.Church;Monessen;from 2 to 9 p.m.Monday and Tuesday. Services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m.in the Wayman A.M.E.Church with Rev.A.C.Borden;pastor of Mt.Vernon A.M.E.Church;Columbus;Ohio;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
