Obituary

Gary Clifford Booth,21,of 604 Pennisula Ave.,Burlington,Calif.,formerly of Charleroi,died in an auto accident,Sunday,Dec.8,1963,at 2 a.m.in Novato,Calif,near Santa Rosa. He was born March 24,1942. He was a 1960 graduate of Charleroi High School. He was employed as a mechanic with United Airlines at the International Airport at San Francisco. He was the husband of Mary Gladys Booth,formerly of Charleroi,and the son of Mr.and Mrs.Edward L.(Ozzie) Smith of Woodcrest Ave.,Monessen. He is also survived by a sister,Mrs.Kenneth (Kay) Betler of Charleroi,and maternal grandmother,Mrs.Howard Fresh,also of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the H.Denver Rhome Funeral Home,Monessen,after 7 p.m.Dec.11. Service there Friday,Dec.13,at 1:30 p.m.in charge of the Rev.Martin S.Longenecker,pastor of the First Methodist Church of Charleroi. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. H.Denver Rhome,funeral director.
