Obituary

F.Warren Houseman,52,Mapleview,Charleroi,died Saturday,April 26,1958,at 3:10 p.m.in the Presbyterian Hospital,Pittsburgh after a long illness. A former resident of Belle Vernon for many years,Mr.Houseman was a retired employee of the Allenport plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Co.after 30 years' service. He was foreman of the cold draw department. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church,Charleroi and Charleroi Lodge 615 Free and Accepted Masons,and was a former member of the North Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Co.and of the Speers Borough Council. Surviving are his wife,Mrs.Mary S.Houseman,a son,Warren Robert,North Charleroi,his mother,Mrs.Charles (Hilda) Houseman,Belle Vernon and two grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home,Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Private services will be held Tuesday,April 29,at 2 p.m.from the funeral home,with the Rev.Curtis J.Patterson,pastor of the First Presbyterian Church,Charleroi,officiating. Private interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
