Frederick Tauber, 70, of 4009 Chaffy Dr., Fort Smith, Ark. a former resident of Belle Vernon and New Kensington, died Monday,March 9,1964 at 12:05 a.m. after an illness of three years. Mr. Tauber was born in McKeesport, Nov. 15, 1893 and had lived in Fort Smith for the past 38 years. Preceded in death by his wife, Faye Johnson Tauber Dec 28, 1956, and by a sister, Mrs. Manila Turner, Jan. 2, 1964, he is survived by a son, Jay and a daughter, Lois June, both at home; a brother, Otto of East McKeesport; three sisters Mrs. Emma Soles, East Pittsburgh; Mrs. Helen Felt, Turtle Creek and Mrs. Thelma Hitchens, North Braddock. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home, Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, beginning on Thursday,March 12. Funeral services will be held Friday,March 13,at 3 p.m. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director.l
