Frederick Steinmiller; Sr.; aged 81 years died in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital at 4 p m. Tuesday; February 20;1940. Death followed a long illness. Surviving are four daughters; Mrs. R.G.Ganz of Hendersonville;Mrs.Ernest Reese of Belle Vernon; Mrs. Steve Nichols of Eighty-Four; and Mrs. Margaret Briggs of Charleroi; four sons; Jacob of Belle Vernon; Herman of Library; Philip of Charleroi; and Frederick; Jr.; of Dunlevy; thirty-eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Mr. Steinmiller had been a resident of this community for many years. He made his home with a
daughter; Mrs. Margaret Briggs of 802 Meadow Avenue. Friends will be received at the home of his daughter;Mrs.Margaret Briggs;802 Meadow Avenue where funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon;February 23;1940; at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
