Frederic E. Hough, 61, of Latrobe, passed away Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. He was born Sept. 26, 1957, in Charleroi, a son of the late Denton E. and Gerda F. Hough. He was employed by Advanced Office Systems Inc. in Johnstown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Hough, and a sister, Eva Hough Urwin. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Eva Hough; his children, Fredrick (Christina) Hough, of Connecticut, Jessica (Timo) Hough and Julia Hough, both of Germany, and Jamie Hough, of Latrobe; his brothers, Denton W. (Laurie) Hough, of Acme, Werner Hough, of Plum, and Adrian Hough, of North Carolina; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018, at SNYDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 402 E. Church St., Ligonier. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Eva Hough, for Fred leaves behind a 16-year-old daughter, Jamie Lee. "No farewell words were spoken, no time to say good-bye.
