Fred W. Collinet; 48; of North Belle Vernon; passed away on Monday; Dec. 16; 2013; at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born in North Charleroi on Dec. 28; 1964; he was the son of Frank and Barbara Lucas Wisener who survive and reside in North Belle Vernon. Fred was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. He loved gardening; fly fishing and spending time with his young son. In addition to his parents; he is survived by his wife of 22 years; Kathy Jo Hammitt Collinet of North Belle Vernon; his son; Steven James Collinet; one sister and brother-in-law; Lisa and Keith Ondulick of Roscoe; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law; Tammy and Paul Kunsa of Monessen; several aunts and uncles; and his nieces and nephews; Laura Ondulick; Jason Ondulick; Paul Kunsa and Brady Kunsa. There will be no public visitation. The family will have a private funeral service.
