Franklin D. Haywood; 74; of Charleroi; died Friday; April 3; 2009; in Four Oaks Personal Care Home; Monongahela. He was born Dec. 18; 1934; in Allenport; the son of the late Charles and Emma (Everly) Haywood. He was a member of Dunlevy Methodist Church and retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Allenport plant. Survivors include his wife of 53 years; Mary (Zaph) Haywood; three sons; Franklin Delano Haywood; of Allenport; Mark Haywood; of Fallowfield Township; and Randy M. Haywood and wife Shanon; of Hempfield Township; one brother; Roy Haywood; of Penn Hills; one sister; Gail Haywood; of Allenport; and two granddaughters; Brittany and Hannah Haywood.
