Obituary

Frank Pierallini, 916 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, died Tuesday,Sept.22,1981,in the South Hills Convalescent Home. He was 79. Born May 17, 1902 in Belle Vernon, he was the son of the late Eugene and Mary Dolfi Pierallini. He was a life-long resident of Belle Vernon. Mr. Pierallini was employed as a foreman in the coupling department of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Allenport Plant, retiring in 1967. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon. Survivors include his widow, Fausca Zucconi Pierallini, three daughters, Mrs. James ( Phyllis ) Hamilton of Monongahela, Mrs. Albert (Laverne) Lami of Mt. Lebanon, and Donnis, wife of Dr. John P. Young, of Mountain Lake, N.J., a brother, Lebert Pierallini of Belle Vernon, four sisters, Mrs. Nellie Dooley of Speers, Mrs. Mary Troiano of Charleroi, Mrs. Norma Karolewics of Brownsville, and Mrs. Olga Galiffa of Donora, and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene in 1966 and Fred in 1975, and a sister, Sabina Lebberoni in 1970. Friends will be received in the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home, 700 Broad Ave , Belle Vernon, on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m.in the funeral home,with the Rev.Lee F.Dinsel,pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director,is in charge of arrangements.
