Frank Panepinto Sr.. 76; of
Belle Vernon; died Tuesday;
Aug. 18; 1998; in Mercy Hospital;
Pittsburgh.
Born in Monessen; he was the
son of the late Antonio and
Marie Scudiere Panepinto.
Mr. Panepinto had been employed
at the Allenport plant of
Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel
Corp. for many years prior to his
retirement.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran
of World War II and a member of
the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He was a member of St. Sebastian
Roman Catholic
Church; Belle Vernon.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by his
wife; Barbara Poland Panepinto;
a granddaughter;
Heather Jean Cowell; and three
brothers; Ross; Anthony and
Phillip Panepinto.
Surviving are a son and
daughter-in-law; Frank Jr. and
Hope Panepinto of Belle Vernon;
a daughter and son-in-law;
Bonnie and Wilfred Hez Cowell
of Roscoe; four grandchildren;
Frank E.; Justin and
Brooke Panepinto; and Haley
Cowell; two brothers;
Joseph and Pete Panepinto;
both of Belle Vernon and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received
Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. in the Rhome Funeral
Home Inc.; 1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen. Prayer services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Rhome Funeral Home Inc.
