Ferank N. Anderson,aged 43 years, of Blue Island, Ill.,died Saturday, Oct. 24,1953,at 3 a.m.,after a short illness. A former resident of Belle Vernon,the deceased was a member of the Lions Club of Blue Island,and a former member of the Mon Valley Board of Football and Basketball officials. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ann Guder Anderson;a daughter,Nancy Ann;two sisters, Mrs. Leona Irwin of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Sara Groves,of Arlington,Va.,and three brothers,Arthur and Glenn,both of Monessen and Edgar of Connellsville. Friends are being received at the Toner Funeral Home,Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon,where visiting hours are from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 27,at 2 p.m. from the funeral home,with Rev. Vernon Bowers,of the First Christian Church, Monessen,officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,mortician
