Mr.Ferren was a member of the Allenport Methodist Church;and was a Past Exalted Ruler of the Charleroi Elks Lodge;494. He was employed at the Allenport mill of Pittsburgh Steel Company. He is survived by his wife;Charlotta Ferren;one son;Frank;Jr.;of DesMoines;Iowa;one daughter;Mrs.John (Virginia) Piribek of Duarte;California;a brother;James A.Ferren of Donora;one sister;Mrs.Dorothy Sherrill of Tampa;Florida;and six grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer-Ferguson Funeral Home. Services will be held there Monday;June 15;1953;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.Louis Wallis of the Allenport Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon cemetery. Chas.L.Melenyzer and Shelby D.Ferguson are the funeral directors.
