Frank Dietz of 34 Pacific Boulevard;Monessen;died in Charleroi-Monessen hospital;June 18;1960;at 2:50 p.m. Mr.Dietz was born in Smithton;Pa.;May 10;1895. He was employed at the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Company. A veteran of World War One;he served with the 82nd Division;and was a member of American Legion Post 22;Charleroi;and the Last Two Men’s Club. He is survived by his wife;Valentine Marie Borne Dietz;two sons;Frank R.Dietz of Roscoe and Melvin J.Dietz of Monessen;one brother;Joseph Dietz of Smithton;four sisters;Mrs.Sebastian Marcus;Pittsburgh;Mrs.Anna Nightman;Smithton;Mrs.Edmond Suslinski;Claridge;Pa.;and Mrs.John Grilc;Hutchinson;Pa.;and five grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Schrock Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Tuesday;June 21;at 1 p.m. in charge of Rev.John H.Schutz.
