Frank Deboe;89;of 217 Oakland Ave.;Charleroi;died Monday;May 1;1972;at 11 p.m.in Brownsville Hospital after a lengthy illnes. He was born in Belgium April 3;1883. He was a retired coal miner. His wife;Albertine;died in 1967. He is survived by two sisters;Mrs.Rose Bouguignow and Mrs.Gustine Chabasal;both of Cecil;Pa. Among the nieces and nephews surviving are Mariette and William Dury;with whom he made his home. Friends will be received after 7 p.m.Wednesday;May 3;at the Michael A.Melinchak Funeral Home In Charleroi where services will be held at 2 p.m.Friday;May 5;with the Rev.W.S.Van Arsdale of First Christian Church of Charleroi officiating. Burial in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
