Obituary

Frank Adam,71,of 312 Wood street,California,died at 8:20 a.m.Monday,March 3,1958,in Brownsville Hospital,after a lengthy illness. Mr.Adam was born April 2,1886,in Hungary,a son of Mr.and Mrs.Joseph Adams. He was a member of the Daisytown Presbyterian Church,the Hungarian Beneficial Society,Walkertown,the William Penn Fraternal Association,Daisytown,the Hungarian Reform Federation,Daisytown,and Local 2399,UMWA,Richeyville. He came to the California area 48 years ago. He was a retired coal miner,last employed at Vesta 4 mine. His wife,Sophia,died in 1950. Surviving are a daughter,Mrs.Yolan Turda of Belle Vernon,a son,Tebor Adam of California and five grandchildren.
