Obituary

Francis (Frank) J.Bezy,71,of 707 1/2 Henry St.,Belle Vernon,formerly of Charleroi,died Thursday,March 26,1964,at 9:15 p.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. A lifelong resident of the area,Mr.Bezy was a retired chemist at the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was also a former musician in Mon Valley theatres. A veteran of World War I,he was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Charleroi and of Mon Valley Barracks 350 and was a member of St.Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon. Surviving are his widow,Mrs.Cecilia Kilcullen Bezy,a daughter,Mr.Robert J.(Dorothy) Anderson,Monessen,a brother,Theodore C.of Charleroi R.D.2,three sisters,Mrs.John Fitzgerald,Mrs.Ralph (Ellen) Lewis of Largo,Fla.,and Mrs.J.Kenneth Gibson of Charleroi R.D.2. Friends are being received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home,Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday,March 30,at 10 a.m.from St.Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon,with the Rev.Martin J.O'Toole officiating at Requiem High Mass. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
