Francis E.Baker;56;of 419 Oneida St.;rear;Monessen;died Saturday;March 11;1967 at 10:55 p.m. in Monongahela Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Born in Altoona April 22;1910;he was the son of the late Harry and Julia Baker. He had been employed at Pittsburgh Steel’s Monessen Works as a furnace man in the oil tempering dept. He was a member of St.Leonard’s R.C.Church;Monessen. Surviving are;his widow;Mary Joseph Baker;one son;Thomas;at home;and one sister;Mrs.Jack (Edna) Baker of Monessen. Friends are being received at the Denver H.Rhome Funeral Home;Monessen..Requiem High Mass will be held at St.Leonard’s R.C.Church;Monessen;on Wednesday;March 15;at 9 a.m. with the Rev.Regis Hickey as celebrant.
