Frances Garofalo Perri;94;of Morgan’s Personal Care home;Fayette City;formerly of Monessen;died Sunday;Aug.29;1998;in the emergency room of Mon Valley Hospital;following a short illness. Born Sept.23;1903;in Rogliano;Italy;she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Agata Iorno Garofalo. A Monessen resident for most of her life;Mrs.Perri was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church. She was a member of the Order of the Sons of Italy and a past member of the former St.Cajetan Christian Mothers. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;George Perri;in 1984. Surviving is a sister;Assunta Altomare of London;England. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc.;441 Reed Ave.;Monessen. A blessing will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church;Monessen.
