Mrs.Flossie Hammond of Pricedale died in Magee Hospital;Pittsburgh;Wednesday;Dec.24;1969;at 2:45 a.m.after a short illness. Mrs.Hammond was a Monessen and Pricedale resident for 50 years. She belonged to Fellowship Baptist Church;Monessen. Surviving are a son;Floyd B.Lennon;Sgt.1st Class with the U.S.Army at Saigon;Vietnam.but now home on leave;six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Friends will be received after 7 p.m.Dec.25 at Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home;Monessen. Service there Friday;Dec.26;at 11 a.m.with the Rev.D.D.Chapman;pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church;Monessen;officiating. Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C.Draper is funeral director.
