Obituary
Flora Atkinson,76,of 208 Frederick St.,Belle Vernon,died early Thursday morning, Nov. 20,1969,in her sleep. She had been in declining health. Mrs. Kyle was born in Johnstown and had been a valley resident most of her life. Preceding her in death was her husband,William in 1941 and a brother, Walter Atkinson in 1956. She was a member of the Grace Methodist Church,Reed Ave., Monessen. Survivors include three sons, William C. of Tuscon,Ariz.,Robert of Belle Vernon and Warren of Monessen; two daughters, Mrs. Gino (Mildred) Bachetti of Monongahela and Mrs. Joseph (Doris) Callaway with whom she made her home; 21 grandchildren and12 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Rhome Funeral Home,1209 Grand Blvd.,Monessen,after 2 p.m. Saturday. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Joseph C. Rial,pastor of the Grace Methodist Church in charge. Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rhome funeral directors in charge.
