Fernanda Mejean,84, of North Charleroi,died Thursday, Jan. 20,1994,in the Presbyterain Medical Center,Washington,Pa. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.,226 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi,where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc., is in charge of the arrangements.
