Mrs.Faye Johnson Tauber,63,of Ft.Smith,Arkansas,formerly of Belle Vernon,died in the Ft.Smith hospital,Friday,December 28,1956,at 3:45 p.m.,after an illness of three weeks. She was born in Belle Vernon,December 21,1893,the daughter of James C.and Lois E.Harper Johnson. She was a member of the Ft.Smith Christian Church. She is survived by her husband,Frederick J.Tauber,one daughter,Lois June at home,and one grandchild. A brother,George Johnson,late of Charleroi,died in 1952. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. Services will be held there Wednesday,January 2,at 1:30 p.m.and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rev.Curtis J.Patterson of the Charleroi Presbyterian Church will be in charge. Shelby D.Ferguson is the funeral director.
