Mrs. Fairy Alice Hopkins,aged 53 years,R.D.!,Charleroi,died Wednesday morning, Jan. 7,1953,at 12:25 o'clock at her late home. The deceased had been a resident of Monessen for the most part of her life until about seven years ago when she moved to Charleroi. She was a member of the First Methodist Church here. Surviving are her husband, Joseph Hopkins,Sr.; four sons.John R. of Charleroi,Walter of Monessen and Joseph Jr. and Donald,both at home; four grandchildren and two sisters, Olive Lowe and Ruth Lowe,both of Monessen. Friends are being received at the Edwin F. Melenyzer Funeral Home,262,Donner avenue, Monessen.
