Ewing J.Trnavsky of R.D.1;Charleroi;died Wednesday;May 23;1979 at Mon Valley Hospital at 9:55 a.m. following a lengthy illness. He was born in Stockdale Jan.11;1900. He attended Charleroi public schools and was graduated in 1918. He was the son of the late Paul and Suzanne Komada Trnavsky Sr. A veteran of World War I;he was a member of the Last Two Men’s Club;and had lived in Charleroi his entire life. He was retired from the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;where he was a heater helper. Surviving are his widow;Margaret Jennewine Trnavsky;one daughter;Mrs.Margaret A.Scheponik of Maple View;Charleroi;two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers;Dr.Paul Trnavsky Jr.and Benjamin and two sisters;Julia Trnavsky and Mrs.Katherine Malusky. Friends will be received in the Michael Melinchak Funeral Home;Inc.;825 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight (Friday) where services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday under the direction of the Rev.W.S.VanArsdale Jr. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
