Obituary

Eva Sekara of 404 Johnson Ave.,Belle Vernon,Died Tuesday,Jan 25,1977 at 4:20 p.m. in Mercy Hospital,Pittsurgh. She was born in Pricedale,daughter of the late Charles and Hazel Corbish,and had been a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area. Mrs.Sekera was a member of Holy Resurrection Othodox Church,Lynnwood.She retired from Corning Glass Works,Charleroi,on July 1,1976. Surviving are her husband,Andrew Sekara,one son,Fernand Rousseau of Okmulgee,Okla.,two brothers,John Corbish of Detroit,Mich.and Nick Corbish of Pricedale,three sisters,Anne Corbish of Pricedale,Mrs.Helen Onofrey of Belle vernon and Mrs.Torrence Jackowski of Monessen,and one granddaughter,Krystine Rousseau. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Parastas Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 8 p.m. Family and friends will gather at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church,Lynnwood,for services at 9 a.m. Saturday. Celebrant will be the Rev.John Kluchko,pastor. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson is funeral director in charge.
