died Saturday; Sept. 18; 1993; at
12:50 p.m. in her home.
Born Jan. 18; 1899; in Austria;
she was the daughter of the late
Daniel and Florence Howinski
Furtak.
A lifelong resident of the Mon
Valley area; Mrs. Rusyniak was
a member of Holy Resurrection
Orthodox Church; Belle Vernon;
and its St. Barbara Altar Guild.
In addition to her parents; she
was preceded in death by her
husband; Peter Rusyniak on
Feb. 16; 1961; a son; William
Rusyniak; and three sisters;
Ann Karbowsky; Mary Honchalk and Olga Karbowsky.
Surviving are two sons;
Walter Rusyniak of Uniontown
and John Rusyniak of Belle Vernon; three daughters; Julia
Yuschak and Mrs. John
(Dorothy) Ferencz; both of Belle
Vernon; and Helen Meluch of
Lafayette; Ind.: 20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the
Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon. Relatives and friends will gather Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.in Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Mary Street;Belle Vernon;for funeral services;with the Rev.John Kluchko;pastor;officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A Parastas service will be held Monday at 8 p.m.in the funeral home. Arrangements are being handled by the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home.
