Eva Faye Dent;94;of 1340 Fayette Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Saturday morning Dec.16;1972;at 6 o’clock at her home. She was born in Webster Oct.30;1878;and was a resident of Fairhope since 1905. She was a member of the Marion Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband;Thomas P.;on Oct.7;1968;and by a daughter;Virginia Ferguson;on Oct.4;1971. Surviving are two sons;Charles S.Dent of Detroit;Mich.;and Dr.Aland C.Dent of Fayette City;one daughter;Mrs.Harold (Hester) Humphries of St.Petersburg;Fla.;one brother;Albert Beeler of Fairhope;nine grandchildren;22 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Sunday at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funreal Home;Belle Vernon. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
