Eugene DeRosa; 79; of North Belle Vernon; died Wednesday; Aug. 21; 2002; at 7:07 a.m. in Frick Hospital; Mt. Pleasant. Born March 3; 1923; in Forward Township; he was a son of the late Natale and Virginia Machione DeRosa. He was a resident of North Belle Vernon for the past 13 years and retired from Liggett Spring and Axle Co.; Forward Township; where he worked as a lead man. Mr. DeRosa is survived by his wife; Phyllis McKeta DeRosa; to whom he was married 45 years; one daughter and son-in-law; Debra and Ronald Sevcik of Belle Vernon; one granddaughter; Brandy Robertson and husband Branden of Belle Vernon; one great-granddaughter; Brittany Robertson; one brother and sister-in-law; John and Marlene DeRosa of New Eagle; and one sister; Jane DiBiasi of Donora. He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Relatives and friends will gather Friday at 1 p.m. at the Belle Vernon Cemetery chapel for funeral services with the Rev. Timothy C. McConville; pastor of First United Methodist Church; Belle Vernon; officiating. The LEONARD J.
