A Pricedale resident, Eugene Clegett,72,died Saturday, Oct. 5,1968 at 11:15 a.m. in Veterans Administration Hospital at Oakland, Pittsburgh. Mr. Clegett, who was born in Eufaula, Ala.,July 20,1896,was a retired coal miner and a veteran of World War I. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Wilda M. Baker of Pricedale. Friends are being received at the William R. Taylor Funeral Home,Monessen,from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Service there tuesday, oct. 8,at 2 p.m. with e.V. Ferree,of the Monongahela Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses,officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. William R. Taylor is funeral director.
