Etta E.McCraw Wilson;formerly of Monessen;died Friday;Dec.10;1982; in the Lenington Nursing Home. She was 74. Mrs.Wilson was born Jan.16;1908;in Dunbar;a daughter of the late James McCraw and Elmira McCraw Lacy. She was a member of Union
Baptist Church; Monessen;
and was a retired employee
of the Carnegie Library in
Pittsburgh. She was also a
member of St. Andrew’s
Court No. 1 and the
Daughters of the Sphinx.
She was preceeded in death
by her husband; Clarence
Wilson Sr.; a stepdaughter;
Juanita Alava; and two
brothers; Harry McCraw and
the Rev. Clarence L. McCraw.
Survivors include her stepson; Clarence Wilson Jr.; a
sister; Helen Little; of
Monessen; a brother;
Maurice McCraw of
Aquasco. Md.; two grandsons; Daryl and Dale Wilson;
of Pittsburgh; and several
neices; nephews and cousins.
Friends will be received in the Beverly C.Draper and Son Funeral Home;608 Sixth St.;Monessen;Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Monday with interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
