Gillespie; Fayette City; died
Sunday; Aug. 6; 2000; in Mon
Valley Hospital; following a
very short illness. She was
born April 1; 1910; in
Washington Township; a
daughter of the late George
Price and Jean Federer
Edmunds. In addition to her
parents; she was preceded in
death by her husband; Stephen
Michael Pivarnik; on July 19;
1958; one brother; Clyde
Edmunds; and one sister; Ruth
Edmunds. She was a registered
nurse and graduate of
Rochester (Pa.) General
Hospital School of Nursing in
1932. Survivors include two
daughters and one son-in-law;
Diann Pivarnik; at home; and
Stephanie and Raymond
Travers of Donora; one granddaughter; Toni Pivarnik; who
made her home with her; one
niece; Pamela Holliday of
Westerville; Ohio; and a lifelong friend; Goldie Harris of
Gillespie R.D. Fayette City.
Friends will be received in the
ELEY/MCCRORY FUNERAL
HOME INC.; 334 Main St.;
Fayette City; on Monday from 2
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and
Tuesday until 1:30 p.m.; when
funeral services will be held
with the Rev. Michael Shepard
officiating. Burial will be in
Belle Vernon Cemetery.
