Esther S.Walters;1111 Linn Drive;Belle Vernon;died Friday;Aug.28;1987;at 12:05 a.m.in Washington County Health Center. She was born in Finland;a daughter of the late John N.and Mary E.Tankka Walters. She was a member of National AARP and spent most of her life in the Fairhope area. Survivors include two brothers;John A.Walters of Speers and Eugene Walters of Belle Vernon; and two sisters;Mrs.Benjamin (Marie) Gladstein of St.Petersburg;Fla.;and Lillian Siren of Pittsburgh. Private funeral services will be held Monday at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;with the Rev.Zane Howland officiating. Burial will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers;the family suggests contributions be made to the Belle Vernon Library.
