Mrs. Esther Sylvester,age 80 years,of 416 Market street, Belle Vernon,died at her home,Friday, April 6,1945,at 12:20 a.m.,after an illness of five days. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ella Zamponi of LaFeria,Texas,Mrs.Clara Marini and Mrs. Jessie Dawson of Belle Vernon,two sons, Pete of Castle Shannon and Reno of Belle Vernon,one sister in Italy,fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home. Services will be held in St. Sebastian Church,Monday,April 9,1945,at 9 a.m. Rev. Eugene Harkins will have charge of services and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R. Toner is the funeral director.
