Ernest Smith of 210 Twelfth St.,Monessen,died Thursday, Jan. 6,1966 at 4 a.m. in Veterans Adminitration Hospital at Oakland,Pittsburgh. Mr. Smith,who has no known survivors,was retired from the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was a member of the Joseph H. Ford American Legion Post 691 of Monessen. Friends are being received at the DuBoise H. Carter Funeral Home in Monessen,where a service will take place Saturday,Jan. 8,at 11 a.m. in charge of the Rev. D.D. Chatman,pastor of the Baptist Church, Monessen. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. DuBoise H. Carter,funeral director.
