Obituary

Ernest Dujardin,53,of 104 Summers Ave.,Fairhope,Belle Vernon,was dead on arrival at 4:15 p.m. Sunday,Jan.18,1976,at Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital. Mr.Dujardin was a U.S.mail carrier,employed at the Monessen Post Office. He belonged to the National Association of Letter Carriers and was assistant treasurer of the Federal Credit Postal Organization of Washington County. He was born in Charleroi on April 15,1922,son of the late Emil and Josephine LeClerge Dujardin. Surviving are his widow,Steffie Malinowski Dujardin,two daughters,Mrs.Donald (Glenna Elaine) Sickles of Valparaiso,Ind.and Mrs.Gary (Vickie Lynn) Adamec of Fairhope,Belle Vernon,three sisters,Mrs.William Dean and Mrs.Alfred Russell,both of Merritt Island,Fla.,and Mrs.Val Powlowsky of Monessen,and four grandchildren. He also is survived by s sister-in-law,Stella Malinowski of Fairhope,who made her home with Mr.and Mrs.Dujardin. Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,after 7 p.m. Monday. Blessing services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev.Thomas Rinn of Holy Spirit Catholic Church,Fayette City,officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Parish prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Tuesday at 8 p.m. Howard W.McCrory is funeral director in charge.
