Mrs. Emma Seaborn Edwards of 635 McMahon Ave.,Monessen,who would have been 71 years of age on April 8,died Thursday,April 7,1966,at 7:45 p.m. at her home ater a short illness. Born in Connellsville on April 8,1895,she had lived in Monessen since 1932. Mrs. Edwards was a member of Union Baptist Church,Monessen. She is survived by her husband, James; a son, Arthur Minnie,and a daughter, Mrs. Vivian Rivers,both of Monessen;eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home,Monessen,after 7 p.m. April 8. Service Monday,April 11,at 11 a.m. in Union Baptist Church,Monessen,with the Rev. D.D. Chatman,pastor,officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C. Draper,funeral director.
