Mrs. Joseph (Emma Bollenberg) Lander,aged 72 years,died at her home at 424 First street,Friday afternoon, June 5,1942,at 1:45 o'clock.following a lingering illness. She had been a resdient of Monessen for the past 32 years,coming here from Braddock. She is survived by her husband,Joseph Lander,and her two children,Mrs. Gertrude Chaverin,and Miss Wilma Lander. Two grandchildren also survive. Friends will be received at the Woodward Home for Funerals until Monday morning,when services will be conducted from St. Leonard's R. C. Church,at 9 o'clock,in charge of Rev. O.J.Kirby. Private interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemtery. David H. Woodward,funeral director in charge.
