She was born Sept.13;1897 in Belle Vernon and was a Charleroi resident the past 55 years. Mrs.Monack was a member of the First Christian Church and Goodwill Club;both of Charleroi. Surviving are her husband;Jules S.Monack;one son;Jack N.Monack of Van Wert;Ohio;one daughter;Wanda Monack at home;one brother;Richard C.Nelson of Belle Vernon and two grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Wednesday;Aug.16;1976 at 1:30 p.m.at the funeral home;the Rev.Francis M.Blair of the Charleroi First Presbyterian Church officiating.
